bTOP at eTrade Show 2026 - meet us in Nadarzyn
There are industry events after which you come back with a handful of leaflets and nothing more. Then there are those that sort out the thinking about online selling: they allow you to put several approaches side by side, ask uncomfortable questions and finally see what actually makes sense with increasing scale. That's why we will be present at eTrade Show 2026.
The fair takes place on 27-29 January 2026 w Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn (Warsaw area). If you are planning e-commerce development, thinking about expansion or want to streamline your processes, this is a good time to meet on site and talk specifically about your situation.
1 What is the eTrade Show and who is it for?
The eTrade Show is a trade show dedicated to online sales and everything that drives it from behind the scenes: technology, processes, marketing, logistics, payments, analytics and solutions that help you stay in control of your growing order book. It's an event for people who aren't looking for “quick tricks”, but want to structure their sales to be predictable, scalable and profitable.
In practice, this means a space to talk to tool and service providers and to confront your own ideas with what is realistically working for others. Whether you are at the stage of building sales or already scaling them, you gain the opportunity to look at your e-commerce from a broader perspective - and come back with concrete conclusions.
2 Why go if you are running e-commerce?
The greatest value of such trade fairs is to shorten the distance between “reading about solutions” and really understanding how they work. Many decisions in e-commerce are put off because it is difficult to compare options cold: each looks good in the offer, and the differences only come out in practice. On site you can speed this up, ask for details, see the exhibitors' approach and more easily assess what fits your business model.
The second element is conversations - often more valuable than presentations. In e-commerce, problems are rarely black and white: profitability on the one hand, scale on the other, operations on the third. Trade fairs are a good time to move from a general “we want to grow” to precise questions: what is the bottleneck, what is worth optimising, what to simplify and what to let go of.

3 Where can you find us and what can you expect at the bTOP stand?
Please visit our stand: Hall E / E1.16b.
On site, we focus on conversations that end in specifics. If you want, you can come up for a short, free consultation - whether you are ahead of the decision to enter the marketplace or are already selling and looking for a way to better control your offer, advertising, logistics or profitability.
It's a good place to talk about scaling e-commerce without theorising: how to prepare processes so that growth doesn't mean chaos, how to approach sales channel expansion and how to plan marketplace implementations so that you don't burn through time and budget on tweaks. There will also be coffee and a quiet space for conversation - including the less formal, because sometimes it is the relaxed exchange of experiences that yields the most pertinent observations.
4 Make the most of the fair and meeting with us?
To ensure that a visit to a trade fair doesn't end up just passing between stands, it's worth approaching it as a brief audit of the situation. A simple rule of thumb works best: one main challenge, two specific examples and one question of scale. In practice, this could be a problem with campaign profitability, a drop in conversions, an increasing number of returns, a cluttered offering, a lack of a consistent roll-out process for new platforms or the difficulty of maintaining service quality with more orders.
If you come with this context prepared, the conversation is quicker, more substantive and usually ends with a clear plan: what to do first, what to do later and what is not a priority today. Even a few minutes can then „unlock” decisions that previously circulated for weeks.
If you're at the eTrade Show in January, stop by and see us in Hall E / E1.16b. It's a good time to catch a glimpse of your current operation, talk about sales development and come back to the company with a concrete list of things to sort out first.
