You are not limited by your home address - all you need is a laptop and internet to work from anywhere in Poland. Whether it's the centre of a large city, a small town or your favourite coffee shop, working at bTOP is fully remote and tailored to your lifestyle. However, if you would like to work stationary, you are welcome to visit our office in Ostrów Wielkopolski.

🤝 We're in touch

Once a week we connect in a short online meeting to take stock of progress, exchange ideas and plan the next steps. We are also on the "links" every day via Teams messenger. We will listen to any idea you have and discuss the option of implementing it.

What we expect from each member of the bTOP team

  • Interest in e-commerce and marketplaces - you want to develop in online sales and are familiar with (or want to learn about) platforms such as Allegro, Amazon, eBay, eMAG or Kaufland.

  • Good organisation of work - you are able to prioritise, stick to timetables and meet targets within agreed deadlines.

  • Analytical thinking - you are able to draw conclusions from data, and you are familiar with basic tools (e.g. Excel or Google Sheets).

  • Communication and teamwork - You collaborate freely with others, share ideas and support the implementation of joint projects.

  • Conscientiousness and attention to detail - you perform your tasks reliably, with an eye to quality and results.

  • English - you know it well enough to use the documentation, operate the platforms and communicate in the language when needed.
