New Allegro One courier: changes to dispatch from 8 July

Expansion of the carrier fleet for Allegro One

From 8 July, the handling of your parcels to Allegro One lockers will become even more flexible. DHL is joining the group of carriers delivering to Allegro One Box and Allegro One Punkt, thereby strengthening the existing partnership with DPD and Allegro One Kurier. Thanks to this expansion, your parcels will be handled by three trusted logistics partners in selected cities, enabling even more efficient delivery of orders to end customers.

Automation of courier allocation

The process of selecting a carrier for a specific order is fully automated, which means you don’t have to decide manually who will collect your parcel. The system will automatically assign the appropriate partner, and your only task is to carefully monitor the information in the ‘Wysyłam z Allegro’ tool. That is where you will find instructions on who to hand the parcel over to. It is essential that you always check which courier has been assigned to a specific consignment note, as this will help you avoid mistakes when handing over parcels.

DHL dispatch and billing rules

You can send parcels handled by DHL either during a standard courier collection or directly via Allegro One parcel lockers. If your business sends parcels regularly, you can arrange a regular DHL collection, provided you hand over at least one parcel every working day. Please note, however, that you cannot post parcels using this service at Allegro One points or at DHL BOX 24/7 parcel lockers. Importantly, the billing rules for DHL parcels are identical to those for DPD services, ensuring financial transparency.

Optimising same-day dispatch times

To maintain a high standard of service, it is worth ensuring that your same-day dispatch time settings are correct. If you are already using Allegro Delivery, the system will automatically transfer your existing time settings for DHL to the new Allegro One method. However, if you haven’t set them yet, you can do so at any time in the order dispatch time settings tab. Configuring this setting correctly will allow you to make the most of the new solution and ensure your customers receive their orders quickly.
