How have we dramatically increased sales on Allegro in a matter of weeks?
A month and a half ago, we started working with a client who was running a small, hardly recognisable shop on Allegro in the sports industry. The listings were outdated, the images did not meet the platform's standards and the titles did not contain any key phrases that could generate traffic. The sales indicators left no illusions: the shop practically did not exist in the minds of buyers. Today, just a few weeks after implementing the strategy, the number of orders has increased several times and monthly turnover has exceeded levels that previously seemed unattainable. The following is a comprehensive process that has enabled such dynamic growth to be achieved.
1. audit and analysis of the offer
We started our work with a detailed review of the entire account. We analysed all active listings in terms of:
- compliance with Allegro policy,
- presence of search parameters (brand, type, intended use, etc.),
- construction of titles and descriptions,
- photo quality,
- the occurrence of logical errors and repetitive errors in the templates.
It turned out that most of the listings did not contain parameters affecting visibility and the descriptions were outdated and inconsistent, often just copied and translated from the manufacturer's website. The images, again often from the manufacturer, did not meet the visual standards required in a competitive market. We knew there was plenty of work ahead.
2. a new strategy for titles and descriptions
We designed a new title creation scheme based on customer search phrases and data from Allegro's internal analytics tools. New titles were constructed according to a specific, proven pattern. We created SEO-compatible titles from scratch, which improved the visibility of listings in the marketplace. The descriptions also underwent a complete overhaul. We created attractive text blocks describing benefits, applications, technical features and advice for buyers. All in a professional and readable manner, so as to make the potential customer curious and make our offer stand out from others.
3. product photography and visual identity
In collaboration with our graphic design department, full graphic processing was prepared - both Allegro thumbnails and arranged images were prepared for all the client's unique listings. All photos:
- are in 1600×1600 format,
- have preserved shadows, proper exposure and sharpness,
- show the real appearance of the product,
- are in a visual style similar to the major players in the market.
In doing so, we created a recognisable shop aesthetic and raised customer confidence. We also took care of the graphic development of the brand. When creating advertising banners and product series, we relied on professionalism to build brand trust and draw customers back after successful purchases. Our thumbnails stand out from other products, and staged images showing product application demonstrate issues often overlooked by other retailers.

4. niche product display and multi-variant offers
We identified product niches where competition on Allegro was minimal. Instead of trying to fight for customers in the most popular segments, we started to list products that were less commonly available to buy on Allegro. High margins and specific technical products for true enthusiasts, often very specialised, conquered the market and contributed to a significant increase in interest in the shop. We have also introduced multi-variant offers, which combine different sizes or models under one offer. This makes it easier to navigate the range and increases the value of the shopping basket of customers who want to own sets of products from one brand.
5. Allegro Ads campaigns and seasonal promotions
We built campaigns dedicated to selected brands. Thanks to the segmentation of the ads, we were able to target campaigns to different publication sites. Careful optimisation of rates allows us to rank highly in search results. We also strategically promoted offers that would perform well in a particular current season and have an increased chance of sales. We monitored campaign performance on an ongoing basis, allowing us to react quickly to changes and direct the budget where it generated the greatest return on investment. Averaging across all campaigns yielded a great ROAS of 20. This was definitely one of the key actions when maximising sales.

6 Results - the numbers speak for themselves
A month and a half after the implementation of all the changes, the number of orders has increased more than four times relative to the previous month. The average shopping basket increased over 30% through the sale of variants and kits, and the number of visits to offers increased by 5 times along with conversions. Our client achieved the best sales results in the history of their Allegro account. All this without changing the product range - just because of the professional approach to the account and the sales strategy.
Summary - From forgotten shop to serious player
Our aim was not just to improve the appearance of the offers, but to make a real difference to the customer's position in the market. Today, a shop that was previously invisible is starting to become recognisable among buyers and is gaining new customers every day. We know from experience that a professional approach to Allegro - from the title and image to the advertising campaign - can completely change the sales trajectory. And this story is proof that even a smaller shop, if in the right hands, can compete with the leaders of its industry.
