Order confirmation in e-commerce: how to do it right and take care of the customer after the purchase?

Clicking „Buy and pay” does not mark the end of the customer journey. For the buyer, this is just the start: uncertainty sets in („Did it go through?”, „when will it be dispatched?”, „where will the parcel end up?”), whilst for the shop, the fulfilment process begins – a process which, without good communication, can lead to costs, returns and enquiries to customer service.  One of the most underrated elements of this communication is the order confirmation email. Many shops treat it as a mere formality: a template from the platform, random content, automatically generated text with no structure. The result? The customer feels, Read more

How do you make your online shop visible in AI responses?

The way customers search for products online is changing faster than many retailers have realised. Increasingly, rather than typing a query into Google, users are asking AI-powered tools directly: GPT, Claude, Perplexity or Gemini. These tools answer questions such as „where’s the best place to buy”, „which shop is trustworthy” or „which option should I choose”.  If your online shop doesn’t appear in these results, you’re effectively losing out on traffic and sales — even if you have Read more

Retail Media: from sales channel to advertising machine. Why are budgets fleeing Google and Facebook for Allegro Ads and Amazon Advertising?

1. What’s currently happening in e-commerce marketing? Just a few years ago, the setup was simple: most of the budget went to Google Ads and Facebook, whilst marketplaces were treated as an additional source of sales. Ads on Allegro or Amazon served as a „nice extra” that could be switched on if there was a bit of budget left over after setting up campaigns on traditional channels. Today, this model is increasingly being turned on its head. Retail Media – advertising directly on platforms – is becoming the fastest-growing segment of digital advertising Read more

How did our client become number 1 on Allegro in less than two weeks?

At the start of November, we signed a contract with a very promising client. There was, however, one snag – a large proportion of this client’s product range consisted of Christmas stock, for which the market had already been in full swing for several weeks. Jumping into the Christmas shopping frenzy when all the other brands had long since secured their top spots in search results within their respective categories seemed, at first glance, impossible! We, however, remained undeterred. Our plan was simple: to launch the client on every platform where they stood a chance of making an impact and watch the growth Read more

EPR and new packaging regulations: will your e-commerce be able to sell to the whole of the EU after 2026?

Until now, cross-border e-commerce has been straightforward: you list your products on a marketplace, set up a courier service, set your prices and… sell abroad. From mid-2026, this scenario will begin to change. A new EU regulation, the PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation), is coming into force, tightening the rules on packaging and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR). In short – if you do not meet your EPR obligations in a given country, you cannot sell there legally – including via marketplaces. What’s more, the platforms themselves Read more

Why other marketplace agencies are deliberately stifling your growth and how we are changing the rules of the game

Marketplaces such as Allegro, Castorama, Home and You, Kaufland, Media Expert and Amazon form the backbone of Polish and global e-commerce today. They offer a unique opportunity to reach millions of customers instantly, without having to build traffic from scratch. In such a dynamic environment, the key to success lies in the speed and efficiency with which you can launch your offering. This is precisely why choosing the right partner – a marketplace agency – is a strategic decision, and at the same time a trap into which some sellers unwittingly fall. In this article, we expose Read more

Business customers can't see your listings! - Allegro

In recent days, Allegro has introduced a significant change that could have a major impact on the visibility of your listings. This change affects business customers and sellers who are not fully aware of the new mechanism. What has changed?   After logging into their Allegro account, users can now switch between the private and business account views. This sounds fairly innocuous, but in reality it could have serious consequences for your sales, especially if you do not ensure your account settings are correct. If Read more

Allegro changes API rules - sellers must prepare for new realities

Allegro has announced that changes to the REST API terms and conditions will come into effect on 23 September 2025. This is important information for all sellers and integration companies that have so far used API keys more extensively – for example, to copy listings to other marketplaces, such as Empik or Erli. This will now be explicitly prohibited, and breaching the rules may result in access to the API being blocked, account restrictions, or even a financial penalty. What is changing in the terms and conditions? Read more

How have we dramatically increased sales on Allegro in a matter of weeks?

A month and a half ago, we began working with a client who ran a small, relatively unknown sports shop on Allegro. The listings were out of date, the photos did not meet the platform’s standards, and the titles contained no keywords that could generate traffic. The sales figures left no room for doubt: the shop was practically non-existent in buyers’ minds. Today, just a few weeks after implementing the strategy, the number of orders has increased several-fold, and monthly turnover has exceeded levels that previously seemed unattainable. Below, we outline the comprehensive process, Read more

Case study: Refreshing the upholstery button offer on Allegro

As part of our collaboration with the client, we undertook the revamp of one of their listings on Allegro. The product is a classic upholstery button with a crystal finish and a stud. The challenge? An unremarkable visual presentation and a very simple, unengaging description. Here’s what we did. Before the revamp The product photos were taken against a background of white drawing paper, with uneven lighting and a lack of clear detail. They lacked the sense of „sparkle” that this product should convey.   Description provided by the client: Crystal upholstery buttons with a stud are an elegant Read more
